Can several checks be completed during one visit?+
Often, yes. It depends on the property and requested scope, but coordinated visits are a central part of the service.
Do you cover HMOs?+
HMO-related electrical and safety-system checks can be discussed, including applicable emergency lighting and communal arrangements.
Will you manage tenant access?+
Access arrangements can be agreed with the landlord or agent. The exact communication process is confirmed before bookings are made.
Do you carry out remedial work?+
Yes. Allwire can provide an optional quotation for selected remedial work, but the inspection findings remain independently assessed and reported with no obligation to commission repairs from us.
